They are looking for a passionate apprentice to join their team, if you feel like you could be the perfect fit for this role, then go ahead and apply For more information regarding Liberate IT, visit their website: https:/// Roles and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: First point of contact for user support queries Assisting the support team with remote client IT support issues Dealing with IT support queries for a wide range of software on both sides of the business Installing patches and updates Setting up new users Opportunity to shadow onsite visits Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge: Good communication skills An understanding of IT Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software A methodical and logical troubleshooting mind-set Grade C/4 in Maths GCSE and D/3 in English Language or equivalent (Functional Skills Level 2) Salary, Hours & Benefits: £7,553 Per Annum 9.00am – 5.00pm (35 hours per week) 28 days annual leave including bank holidays 1-hour lunch About Baltic: Baltic Apprenticeships were the first training provider to offer a completely tech-focused, tech driven training solution.
