The Maintenance Technician role will suit candidates from ANY maintenance background who have experience with setting, operating and maintaining production machinery. Candidates from vehicle maintenance, military or service roles who are interested in a manufacturing role are encouraged to apply The Process Technician will need to be confident with hands on work on the production machinery and all ancillary equipment. Working as part of a team on shift reporting to the team leader working to ensure all production machinery is fully optimised and functional. The Maintenance Technician will need to work well in a team and individually as maintenance work will be in teams and individually. The role will be working on stretch moulding machines, training on the machines will be given. The Process Technician will be carrying out mechanical maintenance as well as setting and operating the machinery (Extrusion Blow Mouldng and Injection Stretch blow Moulding). You will carry out PPM (cleaning, lubricating), reactive 1st line maintenance, ensuring the machines are operating correctly, general housekeeping, health safety, and checking product quality.
