Overview

Our client is the the fourth largest chocolate producer in Great Britain. As the Reliability & Asset Care Manager you will be responsible for leading the Engineering Reliability & Operations engineering functions, Site Compliance & facilities, engineering stores as well as managing KPI's to support the delivery of the production plan to agreed product specifications, cost performance targets and in compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and food safety requirements. Your role as a Reliability & Asset Care Manager is: Responsible for the continuous improvement of the engineering functions, standards and CMMS Promote a safety first culture Lead a training initiative for engineering development focusing on a 3/5 year training plan in line with the departmental budget Implement asset care strategies Analyse and publish equipment downtime trends on a regular basis, identifying target areas for performance improvement Proven track record of leading an engineering team to a high standard with a logical and proactive approach is essential to this role. Experience in change management with a strong leadership approach is also a necessity. The post holder needs to be highly driven with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Working hours: 8.30-17.00pm Monday - Friday. Salary dependent on experience.
