Overview
We are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator on behalf of a residential developer based in Essex. They are a cash rich business who operate predominately within the traditional build sector, but use other methods of build. Reporting into the companies Head of Technical you will: - Have strong interpersonal skills with other departments - Advise the Surveying/Commercial department on costs - Assist from feasibility stages through to completion - Be confident in having an input in design team meetings - Have previous experience with running your own design teams and assisting in on-boarding external consultants - Be proficient in AutoCAD - Have a qualification within construction or architecture If this sounds like you and you'd like to find out more about the company & position, please get in touch.
