Overview

Support Worker: £10.93 - £17.43 (Per Hour) Prestige Nursing East Lancashire are looking for new Members to join our growing team supporting individuals with acquired brain and spinal injuries (ABI/ASI) throughout Lancashire including; Blackburn, Burnley, Bury, Bolton, Chorley, Preston and Wigan. Experience of support work roles is preferred, but not essential. We provide all new Members with our mandatory training programme, and further client specific (specialist) training where necessary. It is vital that you are a reliable, motivated character, able to act upon your own initiative. We offer our Members a variety of work patterns, to suit their availability, with service users throughout Lancashire. You tell us when you're available to work, we seek to match that with our service user requirements. You will require access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence, business insurance may also be necessary where service users do not have access to their own vehicle. Tasks may include: Promoting independence Facilitating access to the community Supporting the completion of tasks set by relevant professionals Assisting with completion of household tasks Administering medication Personal care Completing documentation to a high standard About us: Prestige Nursing East Lancashire is a family run business, providing a wide range healthcare and support solutions to individuals within their own homes and care settings, throughout Lancashire.
