Customer Service Advisor - Central Croydon Paying up to 14£/hr Your new company You will be joining the customer service team of a world leading specialist company that is an expert in the creation and delivery of unique solutions that combine service, insurance and technology. Your new role In your new role as a Customer Service Advisor you will join a team of 30 where you will be responsible for dealing with queries and providing an efficient, professional and proactive response to requests for assistance in line with company procedures. You will also be managing each assistance file to ensure that customers receive the most appropriate service in a timely and cost-effective manner. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will need to have excellent telephone manner, fast accurate typing skills, proven experience of providing a quality customer service within a busy call/contact centre environment as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure.
