Overview

AWS Linux Engineer - Leeds - £50,000 - Remote Interview / On Boarding Process… Gilbert Meher is currently resourcing for a candidate to join their market leading Development agency who are looking to add to their existing technical resource due to the demands of their current projects. The projects are greenfield in nature and require working across both the systems infrastructure and admin on automated delivery pipelines using the latest in AWS technology. Given the current situation in the UK at the moment the client are committed to ensuring a fully remote interview and on boarding process is available. The ideal candidate will have both the experience working with in a scripting languages such as PHP and relevant AWS cloud technology. You will be enthused by the chance to develop creative solutions to real life problems. Given the greenfield nature of the work there is plenty of opportunity for input from all levels on the design of the solution and a real chance for the right person to really make their mark. To be considered: Minimum of 2 years of experience Ability to automate system configuration and management using scripts (preferably PHP/Go) and configuration management tools (preferably Chef, Ansible ect is fine) Experience with containers, virtualisation and/or cloud technologies (Docker, Terraform, AWS preferred) Linux (REHL or CentOS) systems/server administration and management The company in question is a market leader not only in the solutions that they provide to their clients internationally but also the technology they work on and the environment they create with many perks such as flexibility in working hours and a generous bonus scheme.
