Great Commercial opportunity for growing SME insurance business based in Kent. Client Details Growing SME Insurance business based in Kent. Description With the Financial Controller developing a systemized planning tool with our chosen partner to drive change from an annual budgeting process to a quarterly rolling forecast. · To participate and help enhance our current budgeting and forecasting models to improve accuracy. · Working closely with the business and key stakeholders to ensure that the impact of decisions is understood, performance is tracked, and outcomes are included in the latest forecasts · To provide the business with greater insight into business performance, identify associated risks and opportunities, review and report on performance, and understand the impacts on future performance · Provide month end analysis of divisional results and creation of simple, insightful management information for senior management. · Interpret consolidated forecast numbers, including analysis of individual submitted forecasts to help brief senior stakeholders on key issues · Finance Processes - support key core corporate finance activities including month end, planning and financial modelling of investment or new acquisitions Profile Formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA etc.) Strong financial modelling skills, especially excel (pivot tables, formulas, index match) Ability to analyze complicated financial submissions and summarize into key points Job Offer The FP&A Accountant is paying up to £50,000 other benefits
