Overview
House Lead Salary: £30,000 Location: Inverness I currently have a vacancy for a House Lead within a care company who offer a range of support and creative supervision for looked after and accommodated children throughout Scotland. The organisation are focused on offering young people short, medium and long term solutions which have a positive impact on them and in turn, allow them to live both independent and fulfilling lives. This particular vacancy will be based in Inverness and is a brand new role created as a result of an operational and a managerial restructure. As a House Lead you will sit between a Senior Support Worker and House Manager, predominantly taking on a care role with a mixture on managerial responsibilities . Typically you will work core office hours, but will be expected to cover four night shifts per month. The ideal candidate will have experience managing within a Residential Childcare setting or similar and be comfortable managing a team of Support Workers, or alternatively someone looking to take a step up from Senior Support Worker. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of delivering the highest quality of care to young people and have a genuine desire to improve the lives of those within their care.
