IFA Administrator Location: Stoke on Trent Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (12-month FTC) Our Client is well established Financial Planning practice, who prides themselves on a highly personalised service, providing their clients with the peace of mind that all aspects of their financial planning are being looked after by trusted professionals. A new opportunity is available for a Client Liaison Coordinator (IFA Administrator) with good technical knowledge/awareness of financial service products to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities Responsible for a client bank serviced by two advisers Client liaison Preparation of portfolio valuations for client meetings Preparation of client documentation Processing new business Maintaining accurate computer record Investigating client plans with product providers Assisting in suitability report construction, corresponding with clients and providers Assisting with fund research, cashflow forecasting and factfinding for experienced candidates, or progression to these aspects. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an IFA practice with good technical knowledge of products, industry, regulatory / compliance requirements. You will ideally be at least Certificate level and have experience of Intelligent Office.
