Field Based Regional Trainer Salary: £31k Location: Bicester, Leicester and Coventry Hours: 40hrs per week A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate, self-motivated and experienced Trainer to join a highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding provider of luxury care homes within the Midlands. If you are passionate about delivering high quality training and want to be part of one of the UK’s most exciting providers within the care home sector, who are going from strength to strength focusing on their growth and quality of care, then this role is for you The role requires you to work across four services and will work closely with the Registered Managers to have a good overall picture of training needs in all the services. As a Regional Trainer you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of staff training including carrying out induction, refresher and specialist training to all homes on a rotational basis. As part of the wider training team, your experience in a similar role will be called upon for new ideas to continue to develop our training programmes.
