Overview
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who are experienced in dealing with day to day queries and complaints Your duties include - Responding and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner Processing orders and requests which include stock check and delivery Communicating with colleagues and other departments when necessary Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support at all times You will also be expected to have great product knowledge, but of course training will be provided You will work 40 hours per week over 5/7 days and will be paid £16,000 - 18,000 per annum.
