Overview
Work as Registered Nurse - RMN or RNLD, within a purpose built specialist transition service for young people aged 16-25 with a mental health condition unit in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. You will be working as RMN / RNLD within a brand new 15 bed, modern service with unique model of care which is closely aligned with the transforming care agenda for both child and adolescent and learning disability services. A pioneering transition service for young people 16-25 diagnosed with a mental health condition, autism and/or mild to moderate learning disability.
