An exciting opportunity has come up for an Adults Social Worker to provide Assessment and Care Management service across the Sheffield area. Initial 3 months £22 ltd per hour Full time - 37 hours per week This is a brilliant opportunity for positive and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Social Workers to join an experienced and well established team to enhanced your knowledge. As a qualified and registered social worker, you will work closely with service users, colleagues and partners, providing a strong and articulate social work voice in a multi-disciplinary environment.
