Overview
Family Support Workers - Bradford Excellent Rates Of Pay Reed are recruiting for a full-time family support worker to join a team in Bradford. You will be required to manage caseloads and supervise family contact supporting in providing a Family Action Perinatal Support service. The service is early intervention ,Low intensity service with those with low level (mild to moderate) diagnosed mental health issues or who are at risk of developing mental health issues in the perinatal period. The role will also work very closely across a multi agency partnership, delivering support during the antenatal period to age one to vulnerable mothers across Bradford.
