Parts Specialist

We require a Parts Specialist of the highest calibre to join our team at our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Tamworth. This is an exciting role working 45 hours per week. Key Purpose of Role: To ensure that all parts orders are efficiently and accurately processed and that all stock and purchase records are correctly maintained. Duties: Monitor all stock orders to suppliers Ensure that all customer invoices are raised in line with customer orders. Ensure that all documentation for incoming parts reconcile with actual stocks delivered. Ensure that all deliveries are placed into stock. Assist as required in regular stock checks and annual stock audits. Locate and purchase parts as authorised by the parts manager. To monitor outstanding customer invoices and chase overdue payments. Maintain parts merchandising display ensuring that any promotions are highlighted. Arrange for parts stock returns and that credit documentation is raised and auctioned. Ensure that all general administrative duties are effectively performed.
