Overview
Front End Developer - London Trust in Soda are looking to attract a Front End Developer for one of the biggest sports Media companies in the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, agile development team working on a number of exciting Greenfield projects. Requirements · Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Wordpress · Solid experience in implementing relational databases (MySQL) · Some knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, jQuery etc… · Experience with both crows-browser and responsive development and testing · Experience integrating RESTful APIs in a commercial environment · Good knowledge around general web performance optimisation Responsibilities · Play a key role in the design and development of microsites, landing pages & chatbots · Work with the wider technical team to take ideas right through to inception and create outstanding digital experiences for customers · Develop & maintain user experience through A/B testing to help increase customer engagement across the sites · Help to troubleshoot live pages as well as those in development stages · Work closely with the CRM team to build and implement new email templates (HTML, CSS) Bonus · Experience with WordPress development (custom themes/plugins) · Experience working within a marketing/customer facing environment If interested in the opportunity, please apply with your CV and we will be in touch straight away.
