Overview
Our exciting client based in Poole, are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team You will be responsible for the full recruitment process in the business; from advertising roles, interviewing candidates to completing a full induction training plan with all new starters. This role will be working closely with the relevant Management Teams to establish recruitment needs across the business, provide end to end training support to the colleague and ultimately to fill these positions in the most cost-effective way possible. Main Tasks of Recruitment Manager: Work with the HR team to establish preferred recruitment suppliers Working closely with external recruitment agencies, maintaining and building these relationships Searching through online job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn etc.) For suitable candidates Work with key stakeholders to establish the recruitment needs across the business and the best ways to fill those vacancies Define skills, experience and qualification requirements for all vacancies for assessment against candidate CVs Log and maintain electronic applications through to completion of recruitment process Review CVs and create interview shortlists Proofing of candidates through telephone and email screening Conducting face to face interviews with all candidates (in collaboration with the key stakeholders internally) Provide complete induction training for all new employees Establish success benchmarks for induction process and constantly review Continually review routes to market for internal recruitment to ensure cost per candidate is within the business markers Skills Required for Recruitment Manager : Have a strong and genuine interest in recruitment Possess the managerial ability to work in an autonomous role most of the time Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be able to work on own initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines Have a logical, systematic and organised approach with excellent attention to detail Have excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Have good administrative skills Have background experience of training others What is in it for you?
