Overview

Are you fluent in German? Can you communicate comfortably in German with both written and verbal? Do you have experience providing high levels of customer service in either a retail or contact centre role ? If so, we'd love to hear from you Our extremely progressive global client, with offices in North Cardiff are looking for a German customer service advisor for their international contact centre as a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, which will see you supporting international customers, providing a helpdesk support function to customer queries.
