Overview
A well-known footwear retailer is looking for a Store Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an existing Store Manager who is passionate about retail and delivering an exceptional customer service experience at all times. You will be a fantastic leader with the ability to motivate your team. Leading from the front, you will be responsible for driving sales on the shop floor and always looking for opportunities to achieve targets and KPI's. As Store Manager for this footwear brand you will: Manage all aspects of the store operations back and front of house Be responsible for driving sales with a focus on improving sales and maximising profitability Continuously work to exceed customer satisfaction, providing an enjoyable shopping experience Recruit, train and motivate your team by leading from the front and by example Ensure shop floor and VM standards are adhered to at all times Be responsible for following all health and safety and security procedures This role with suit a Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager with a strong commercial awareness and team management skills. You will ideally come from a fashion focused environment or a footwear brand, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding store targets and upholding brand standards. Customer service is of huge importance for this footwear brand, so a serviced focused mind set is essential.
