Overview
Escape Recruitment are working with a food production company based in Lesmahagow. Safety and hygiene awareness are always key within this role along with good attention to detail. Candidates must have excellent time management skill and be able to work using their own initiative ensuring that they follow compliance for food safety. NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS AVAILABLE TO THIS SITE, SO HAVING ACCESS TO A VEHICLE WOULD BE A BIG PLUS Shift Patterns Monday to Thursday: 7am - 5pm Friday: 7pm - 2pm The option of moving to nightshift after 1 week will be offered which comes with an enhanced payment of £62.50 per week Rate of Pay £8.44phr - Appx 50 hours per week - Weekly pay Responsibilities/Duties Working as part of a production line on various stations Quality control Ensuring that the work area is always kept clean Strictly following the hygiene health and safety policies Working as part of the team Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the production plan Understanding Health and Safety within the food production sector Skills Required Experience following Health & Safety procedures Ability to work on your own initiative Work within a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication skills Self-motivated Please apply by sending your CV or call Pawel at 01506517212
