Warehouse Operative, established company in Avonmouth £8.89 per hour rising to £9.61. 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. 25 days hols Bonus. Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Assistant / Counter balance Forklift Driver. Benefits : £8.89 p/hr to £9.61 p/hr (£20,000 per annum). 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays, free parking. Contract: Temporary to Permanent opportunity. Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 permanent, Monday to Friday (37.5 hour week, half hour lunch) Location: Avonmouth, Bristol. Special Conditions: Current internal or external Counterbalance Fork lift licence is essential, evidence of Counterbalance license still in date required. The Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Assistant / Counter balance Forklift Driver will be carrying out duties such as loading and unloading deliveries, moving metallic plates of varying sizes, and conducting general warehousing duties e.g. moving stock around the warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean. In addition, the Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Assistant / Counter balance Forklift Driver will be responsible for Good's in, entering information onto stock control system, checking materials by measuring for correct details and identity numbers. A driving licence is not essential however candidates will need to find the appropriate means of getting to site for 08:00 am. The successful Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Assistant / Counter balance Forklift Driver candidate will require keen eye for detail, demonstrating ability to follow procedures accurately and past experience within in a warehouse environment and goods in is essential.
