Purchasing Supervisor

Purchasing Supervisor First Call Contract Services are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Supervisor for our clients busy operations based in Romford, RM1. The purpose of this role is to manage the end to end supply chain ordering processes and stock control records. This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis-immediate interviews and starts are available Candidate duties will include: · Accountable for the management of all stock ordering processes, raising orders, receipting in deliveries where necessary, cross checking invoices against raise PO’s. · Ensure effective stock management throughout the end to end supply chain · Manage proactive and reactive communications regarding stock management · Negotiate with suppliers for best prices /services /materials · Review suppliers on suitability and continue supply / QC · Forecasting on materials based on purchase history · Building supplier relationships Candidate duties will include: · Supply chain and ordering processes knowledge · Price and contract negation skills · Experience working within B2B environment · Excellent communication skills Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
