Production Operative

General Production Operative Working in the production units of a large busy concrete products factory, based in rural Derbyshire. This position for factory operatives who will be trained for possible multiple roles within the production units, this could include manual banding, press operation, reject removal. We are looking for candidates who have an eye for detail, are willing to learn new skills and have a strong work ethic. (FLT licence is advantageous, but not essential as training can be given) The roles working on a weekly rotating shift pattern of days and lates :- Days - 06:15 to 15:00 Monday to Friday (with possible 5 hours OT on Saturday morning for cleaning and maintenance) Lates - 14:45 - 00:30 Monday to Thursday (With possible 5 hours OT Friday evening for cleaning and maintenance) (In busy periods we may run a full production shift on a Friday evening as demand requires) Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
