Are you an expereinced Clinical Lead who is up for a challenge and to be part of something BIG? I have a great opportunity for the next stage in your career - maybe the chance to be the step you take before taking on a home manager role, or maybe you have been there, done that in your current role and it's time for something new? This is a great opportunity to be part of a transitional period and help lead the change in an improving home. My client is one of a small group of 8 care homes that specialises in Dementia care. We are looking for a Clinical Lead with up to date knowledge and experience who can hit the ground running and work alongside the team to drive the home forward. As Clinical Lead you will manage, lead and train your nursing team, run the shift and support on the floor while working closely with the Home Manager to deliver great standards. Your rota will include one supernumary shift per week. We are looking for a candidate with experience in Dementia care and challenging behaviour.
