This is a well established and thriving care home looking for a Home Manager or Deputy Manager looking to step up, with a good track record to take the wheel and with solid foundations. We are looking for a Home Manager who: Can build strong relationships in the community Is a registered Nurse Has an SVQ level 4 Is experienced in caring for the elderly Has experience in dealing with the Care Inspectorate Has had a stable/progressive career to date Is good at planning and delivering a plan Is good with budgets Is a good leader, capable of enhancing an already high performing team So if you're a Home Manager stuck in corporate drudgery and dying for an opportunity to be Outstanding, please apply.
