Overview
Registered Nurses required to use their skills to benefit older people and work in our clients remarkable Care Homes in the Preston area; offering comfort, compassion and friendship with an assurance that the residents are treated with respect and dignity that they deserve. As an integral part of our clients well managed team you will be taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met; leading, motivating and mentoring the team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. Our clientS commitment to provide the best nursing, dementia/alzheimer's, respite and palliative care, with a focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times; a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
