Things are going to be moving fast, and they need more talent that shares their outlook. About the Role As a full stack developer, you will work alongside two other developers. You will get a good mix of leading smaller projects, and working alongside the development lead on larger ones. Your time will be split between project work, ad-hoc tasks from company's clients and internal company projects - where they have most of the fun. Must-haves for this Role : Lives within, or commutable to Aylesbury Strong knowledge of basic web technologies. HTML5 & CSS3 Strong modern JavaScript skills. They use a lot of ES6 Strong React ability Strong NodeJS ability Commercial development experience, and capable of developing in a team REST API development A nice person They like to keep the must-haves short - the right person will be able to learn anything else on the job. Where possible they’d rather hire on potential than experience. Optional / Desirable / Extras : Experience with pre-processors and bundlers. They use a fair bit of Webpack/Babel/SASS Meteor JS Docker AWS architecting Databases - MongoDB & MySQL GraphQL React Native & Electron Exposure to any other programming languages, EG PHP, Python, C#, Go About You Provided you meet the must-haves, the main deciding factors for choosing a candidate will be personality and potential.
