PLC Controls Engineer (Design, Testing & Commissioning) Chesterfield (commutable from Mansfield, Worksop, Sheffield, Nottingham) £35,000 - £45,000 Training Progression Pension Do you have experience producing electrical design drawings and working in a PLC programming role? Are you looking to join a specialist organisation where you will grow with them and eventually have your own team of engineers working for you? This is a great opportunity for a PLC Controls Engineer to pursue a new role where you will have autonomy and day to day variety. It's a Monday to Friday days based role with the occasional site visit. The company are specialists in their field and have made the decision to transfer the Electrical side of the business in house. Therefore, this is a brand new position where the successful candidate will help grow the department. Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the design, test and commissioning of the electrical control systems whilst implementing new and emerging technologies. You will need to have PLC Programming experience, ideally Siemens S7 but training will be provided if you have only worked on other models.
