Engagement Officer

The Company Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Engagement Officer for our client based in Sheffield. This is a modern business, who truly invest in their staff. The location has fantastic links from Rotherham, Barnsley and Chesterfield. The Role This role will act as a link between the Charity and its centres network, ensuring each centre is engaged and is delivering a fantastic service to its target market. You will make calls to the centres, gaining understanding on their performance in supporting the vulnerable individuals they work with. You will also have responsibility of survey completions, ensuring the information gathered is accurate and to a high standard. Whilst ensuring the centre recruitment, inductions, retention and training modules are carried out to the specific standards, as well as logging all information on the CRM and informing relevant people of information changes. The Candidate The successful person will have previously worked in a customer facing role for at least two years, has the ability to collect, analyse and report on information gathered in reports. You will also have experience of working on a CRM database, as well as being proficient in Google docs, and working collaboratively across the business. This role will require someone to be fantastic communicator.
