Overview
Fawkes and Reece are assisting a leading Residential developer who are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take the lead on a brand new scheme in East London. The scheme will start on site later this year and is set to deliver 500 high end residential units over 5 R/C frame blocks with individual towers exceeding 20 storeys. The business focuses and prides itself on delivering design lead, quality residential units in sought after areas of London. You will ideally be coming from an established and reputable housebuilder or main contractor and have experience in delivering high-volume residential projects. Ideally coming from an architecture or engineering background, you will be reporting into the Technical Director and ensuring the technical team is well-directed. You will assess developments, technical reports and coordinate production information to manage staff and push the project to plan. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of a new project and manage it from start to finish while being involved in building and managing a team beneath you.
