Children's support worker needed for Residential Homes across Birmingham Your new company Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Support Workers for a number of clients around the Birmingham area, with the school holidays fast approaching organisations that we work with are expected to get busy over the summer break period for adhoc and ongoing shifts. Your new role In your new company you will be working on a shift basis with a number of different clients around the Birmingham area. What you'll need to succeed You will be working with children with LD and challenging behaviour in residential living settings. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have experience and hold an NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care. Being able to drive is a bonus.
