Junior Software Developer Bradford Our client have an excellent Junior Software Developer opportunity where you will join what is a very entrepreneurial engineering consultancy business based in Bradford. Reporting directly to the Technical Director you will be working as part of the software development team in a pleasant open plan office located in south Bradford. The team is small, focussed, very supportive and collaborative and whist we offer plenty, we also expect you to want to be the best you can be. As a Junior Software Developer, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development process. Working with the development lead you will contribute to greenfield software design and development. As part of a small development team, you will be coding core software functionality from given specifications. It will be expected that you can solve most technical problems in a maintainable fashion. It is expected that you will be a self-starter, and you will be encouraged to find solutions to technical challenges using your own initiative. Ideally you will have a good foundation in mathematics, capable of applying your mathematical knowledge to solve engineering problems.
