Workday Test Manager Financial Services Southampton / Home working split 6 months Competitive day rate As a preferred supplier to this wealth management services company, we have been asked to assist in the hire of an experienced Workday Test Manager to support the ongoing change programme and lead the testing of Workday implementations. The Head of Technology joining here via ourselves and we have a number of key project stakeholders already working on this project (Project Manager, BAs etc). This project is fully costed and is progressing even in these turbulent times. Skills / Environment -Experience in managing the testing of Workday implementations (required) -Experience in a Test Manager position -Test Management Tools such as ALM -Experience of working in DevOps environments (desirable) -Knowledge of Financial Services (desirable) Role Overview You will be in charge of designing, implementing and managing the End to End Test Process for all assigned Change to Production IT Estates, with the main objective to reduce the number of production incidents and manage auditable governance structure across deliveries and suppliers. You will also manage the testing of Workday implementations and several of its modules (e.g. Finance and Procurement). Unfortunately, candidates without Workday testing experience will not be considered.
