Overview

My client is a successful and expanding business, offering both business and residential connectivity, internet, VOIP and telecommunications solutions. Due to ongoing expansion, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced, ambitious individual to join the operations team within the company's West Yorkshire head office. As the Provisioning Lead, you will be the responsible for liaising with suppliers such as OpenReach and Virgin, coordinating internal and external Engineers, planning and delivering installations within time-frames. Duties & Responsibilities Working in a fast-paced and changing environment, you will be responsible for delivering support to internal and external customers in regards to Telephony solutions. This will include responding to customer queries, managing orders/transaction and logging on the CRM ticket management system. You will; • Respond to all customer issues via telephone/e-mail • Manage orders/transaction for the business • Update CRM ticket management system to support SLAs • Provide updates across internal software • Ensure internal systems are at their most effective • Build strong relationships with suppliers Requirements You will be well versed with customer service, ideally, within a technical role, however training can be provided. You will be someone who strives for excellence with everything you do and have a keen eye for spotting the root cause. Providing outstanding customer service should be second nature. You will have; • Experience of placing orders for fibre, ADSL, VOIP products • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment • A logical approach to problem-solving • A background with unified communication/telecoms (advantageous) Required Skills / Experience Ideally you will have experience working in the telecoms industry - in a provisioning or client support capacity. You must be IT literate - with good use of Microsoft packages. It would be preferable if you are familiar with systems such as WLR or OpenReach (although this can be taught). Must be a strong team player with good attention to detail.
