Part time Despatch Administrator Redditch • Temporary - Permanent • Part Time - Mon to Thurs - 9am-2pm and Friday - 9am-1pm • £9.00-£9.50 per hour Exciting new opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch. Job Description: Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a part-time Despatch Administrator. Your responsibilities will include; Completing daily despatches with our carriers via online portals Liaising with Transport Manager Able to meet daily deadlines as carriers arrive throughout the day Completing and closing orders on internal MRP system Arranging returns Liaising with factory for order updates Chase carriers for updates and proof of delivery notes The Successful Applicant: To be considered for this Despatch Administrator role you will need to have; Hard working value and be conscientious Available for Part time hours Previous Admin experience is essential An advantage if you have worked in Goods In/Out Able to work in a fast-paced environment Confident with MS Office Available immediately or within a weeks’ notice.
