You will ideally be a commercial property solicitor with at least 2-4 years' PQE, and will have worked for a leading regional/national practice. Your experience should cover landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development work and portfolio management. You will ideally have worked for clients in the retail, industrial and office sectors. An interest and experience in business development and marketing would be advantageous, as would acquaintance with the management of staff.
