Applications are invited from Litigators who have developed a real talent for Contentious Trusts and Probate work. With clients from both the UK and Overseas the quality of work is exceptional and in addition to challenges to Wills and disputes arising from Inheritance, matters may include removal of Protectors and Trustees and instructions relating to breach of Fiduciary Responsibility. With regard to level it is thought that Litigation Solicitors will need 1,2or 3 years Post Qualification Experience in Contentious Trusts and Probate matters to have developed the breadth of expertise that will be required to handle the case load that awaits.
