An excellent opening has arisen for a probate solicitor or legal executive to join a successful team in Salisbury and become a part of a wider Private Client Department. The ideal candidate will be a probate solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years' PQE and preferably a member of STEP. This is an opportunity to be involved with the administration of large and complex estates, intestate estates and the preparation of wills and LPAs. This Salisbury based opening would be suited to someone with a good knowledge of inheritance tax reliefs, including business and agricultural property reliefs, or interested in involvement and development within these areas.
