Successful candidates must have 4 years’ PQE and competent handling all family law duties such as, drafting and advising on Prenuptial Agreements, drafting and advising on Cohabitation Agreements, help resolve property disputes that arise in the presence or absence of a legal agreement and obtain the correct financial provision for children.
