A leading, national full-service commercial law firm with offices across the North West has an exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor (3 years' PQE) to join the renowned and award-winning Commercial Property Division in the Liverpool city centre office. The Commercial Property Department in its entirety operates across multiple offices and is recognised nationally for its high quality work and the high level of service provided to clients. You will be a qualified solicitor with a background in commercial property/real estate and will have handled a caseload of commercial property transactions. Your new role will see you given responsibility for a caseload of your own commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, some property development and leasing transactions etc. You will work alongside senior commercial property solicitors who boast a wealth of experience and you will have exposure to high value and high quality work.
