Overview
My client is looking to recruit an experienced personal injury fee earner to join an existing well regarded claimant Personal Injury Department. The firm is a large high street practice based in the centre of Coventry, with a long history for providing legal services to the local Warwickshire communities. The firm is held in particularly high regard for its work in representing claimants who have suffered injuries or illnesses as a consequence of road traffic and workplace accidents, industrial disease related injuries and clinical negligence and malpractice. A role has come available within the team for a claimant personal fee earner who has previous experience in running a caseload of files. Ideally, this caseload would have covered all aspects of RTAs, EL/PL, industrial disease and clinical negligence; however, realistically, the firm would be happy to accept applications from candidates who may have covered a couple of the topics. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong comprehension of the CPR and a demonstrable track record for successfully litigating issued claims and a commercially minded approach to work. Qualification is not essential for the role, and the firm will consider applications from solicitors, CILEx qualified or experienced non-qualified fee earners. What is fundamental is a strong claimant personal injury background. The firm will provide full support, supervision and training to enable you to work towards annual financial targets and has a lucrative bonus scheme in place for strong performing fee earners.
