A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client Solicitor to join any of our client’s busy practices located across Kent. The successful applicant will utilise their expertise to handle a complex caseload of private client matters. Responsibilities • Wills • Probate • Estate administration • Trusts • Court of Protection matters • Powers of attorney • Capital tax • Elderly client matters • Dealing with high-net-worth individuals • Attend networking events The Candidate • Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE • Experience in private client law is required • Possess a strong academic background • Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines • Demonstrate a flair for business development and networking initiatives The Firm A renowned firm with multiple accreditations, our client has grown steadily in strength over a number of years across the South East.
