This Legal 500 recognised property specialist based out of modern commercial offices in Liverpool city centre is seeking an experienced commercial property/real estate solicitor to join the award winning, nationally recognised Property Department. You will be joining a friendly and experienced Commercial Property/Real Estate Team working alongside senior solicitors boasting a wealth of commercial property experience. You will be a qualified solicitor (2 years' PQE) with a solid background in commercial property. You will have dealt with a variety of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, lease work and development matters etc. You will work alongside the Head of Department on high quality and high value commercial property transactions and will be responsible for a caseload of your own which you will be expected to handle with autonomy.
