Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Overview
An award-winning, Legal 500 firm with offices across Wiltshire is looking to recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their team based in the Chippenham office. Due to their ongoing development and weight of new instructions, their Residential Property team is now looking to extend with the addition of a residential conveyancer (solicitor/fee earner/licensed conveyancer). You will be working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment for a busy and well respected firm. The role will see you autonomously handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (including sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, help to buy and new builds etc). As a residential conveyancing solicitor, you will have a minimum of twelve months' experience in residential conveyancing (either as a recently qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner) and be comfortable in running a transaction from instruction to completion.
