As a Client Reporting Manager, you will be leading a large team where you will be accountable for developing and motivating them to deliver and maintaining efficient processes and service. Description This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has already gained significant leadership experience within the financial services sector, and looking for an opportunity where you will not only utilise your skills but be encouraged to develop yourself further. You will be responsible for a team of 12 high performing individuals, who collectively and individual deliver and maintain a full client reporting suite. You will already have a detailed knowledge of the end to end client take-one process and procedures followed to ensure an understanding from a wide range of data sources, and have analytical skills to be able to make recommendations on when, how and why changes might be made with the focus on improving the client experience both internally and externally. In addition you will be responsible for the online help desk and the creation of an clients access online portal. Of course, this is a snapshot role has huge scope, and would appeal if you love to get involved in both project work as well as BAU tasks. Profile You will have already gained experience within a leadership role within the financial services sector, and have strong analytical skills. In addition to the above, you will be someone who enjoys working for a dynamic and changing business where you can make a positive impact and lead your already successful team to even better achievements. It is essential that you have relevant processional qualifications, and as a minimum IOC qualified.
