Infrastructure Analyst | £42,000-48,000 | Liverpool | Professional Services Your new company Leaders within the Legal Industry, operating on a global scale. Your new role As Infrastructure Analyst, you will help develop, implement and maintain Infrastructure Operations throughout the UK and International offices. You will be a point of escalation for the Service Desk, supporting in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues. You will aid in the resolution of service delivery matters, technological matters, hardware and software procurement & IT sourcing. Additionally, you will execute Project Roadmaps, create departmental policies and strategies; and generate and maintain test plans and recovery methods for all systems. What you need to succeed Must have experience of VMWare, all Microsoft technologies including; Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFSR, Sites / Services and native replication technologies. Strong experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of networking, troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery and High Availability technologies. Being able to demonstrate a strong understanding of technical workloads, change management and problem management is essential.
