Overview
Outbound sales Advisor Pride Park Full Time; Monday to Sunday shifts - 10am to 8pm including some weekend (10am-6pm) £18,012 with OTE 26,000 uncapped per annum The role: · Making outbound calls to existing customers to upgrade their package · Discussing products and problem solving · Building rapport with customers · Handling simple complaints · Delivering an outstanding customer experience What we are looking for: · A motivated candidate that is driven to succeed · Call centre experience is desired but not essential · Previous sales experience (Retail, hospitality or call centre) · Be tenacious, adaptable and resilient · Contact centre experience preferred but not essential What we offer: · 7 week training plan · Exciting career opportunities · Excellent uncapped commission structure · Weekly team incentives · 29 days holiday (including bank holidays) · Free private health care · Uncapped commission APPLY NOW
