Night Support worker

FULL TIME NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER – Heathcotes, Leeds Heathcotes Group are currently seeking Night Support Workers for our residential care home in the Morley area of Leeds. The Role of a Night Support Worker: To support individuals with complex needs and associated challenging behaviour. To support the Service Users in our care with all aspects of personal care during the night and anything else that they may require. To promote a good night’s sleep. To complete household jobs, to ensure that the environment is kept to the appropriate standard. Requirements: A compassionate and friendly can-do attitude. A willingness to work some evenings, weekends & bank holidays. Shift Pattern: As a Night Support Worker your shifts are 8pm-8am working 40 hours per week What we offer in return: Pay rate is between £8.00-£8.60 per hour dependant on qualifications/experience. Paid holidays & Paid enhanced DBS check. Pension scheme. 12-week induction programme working towards achieving the Care Certificate & ongoing training support.
