Overview

Social Worker - Community and Hospital Teams - Sandwell - Up to £25 Per Hour Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced social worker for a role within an adult's community and hospital team for a client based in Sandwell. As a Community social worker, you will have previously completed care act assessments, mental capacity assessments and managed complex caseloads within community settings. You will be directly working with service users and carers to assess needs, assets and risks to independence.
